Chilled room on the edge of town.

A great location in the Newquay suburbs a mile and a half from the town centre. Perfect for those who like some peace and quiet but not too far from Newquay's great bars and restaurants. Due to COVID-19 regulations guests will not have access to the kitchen and we are unable to offer breakfast or drinks. Flexible check-in/check-out applies to weekdays only. If you are booking Friday or Saturday please advise of arrival time as we may not be available at certain times, especially after 7pm. The space The room is a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed, that turns in to bedroom to suit the guests, with access to their own bathroom. The bathroom has a bath only, but we have a separate shower attachment for the taps for washing hair. Please note: as this is our home the bedroom doors do not have locks. Guest access The guests bedroom and their own bathroom. During your stay We can advise them on all local events, best pubs & restaurants, local amenities, festivals, walks etc. We love going to gigs, so if guests are interested in any type of music we can give them advice on all of the best bands, and upcoming gigs. Other things to note The space is a bedroom with own bathroom only, no shower just a bath, sink, & toilet. The kitchen is not part of the deal, it’s not self catering, so guests are not to use the kitchen. There’s no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. And absolutely under no circumstances will we accept third party bookings, the person that has the Airbnb account books for themselves and their partner. If you show up and you’re not the person who booked or the account holder you will not be allowed to stay. After 9pm if you’re in, please do not slam doors and use hairdryers, or be noisy in general, we’ve had to put these rules in place as we’ve had some guests staying who don’t know how to not slam doors continuously at night, and use the hairdryer late at night, sometimes at midnight. We can’t tolerate noisy guests, so please have a bit of consideration. We do require ID with addresses upon check-in.
