Renovated farm house in Provence

Our house is an old renovated farm from 16th century with a large courtyard, a garden and a chapel The space The house is divided into two adjoining units sharing one wall. The neighboring home is occupied year-round by our family and our youngest son. The courtyard, chapel, garden, and all amenities are shared. However, the house benefits from its own private entrance, private parking, and a private terrace. It is perfectly possible to enjoy your stay independently without meeting the family next door. The house offers very spacious interiors, including: a fully equipped kitchen with tableware for 2–3 families a large living room a cozy lounge in a vaulted room with a sofa bed and library 5 bedrooms (including a dorm with a double bed and bunk beds), 2 with en-suite bathrooms 1 bathroom with bathtub 2 separate toilets Set on a hill, the house enjoys stunning 360° views over the Vercors and the Rhône Valley. The chapel, courtyard, garden, and shared amenities (trampoline, ping pong table, football area, swing, BBQ) are available for both units. Guest access The dwelling is not adapted to people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor, one to three steps separate the rooms (lobby, kitchen, living room, library, toilet, bathroom and the outside). It is possible to have one to two people with reduced mobility sleep on a convertible sofa if the mobility contraints developped above fit with their disabilities. The kitchen and the living room measure each 60 m² and a person with reduced mobility can freely move within each space. Other things to note Less than 20 minutes away from climbing spots for all levels : Saou, pont de barret, Soyans, Eyzahut, Souspierre, Teyssières. Hiking, mountain bike or road bike trail starting directly from the house.
