The house is located in a small village of Côte d'Or, close to several tourist sites, medieval town of Semur en Auxois, City of Buffon, Fontenay Abbey, Flavigny Abbey, Alesia Site and its museum park etc... It is also located on the border of Morvan, the green heart of Burgundy, dozens of castles, abbeys, beautiful villages await you. Quiet village in the countryside for nature lovers. The space The accommodation consists of two adjoining rooms, living room on the ground floor with toilet and sink, an extra sofa bed for 2 people is located in the sitting area. A small bar area with sink, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. There's also a portable stove, microwave and grill oven, and dishes for quick and easy meal preparation. Upstairs is the bathroom and a bedroom with a 2-person bed, a 1-person bed and an office area. You have full access to the garden. A plancha is available in the garden. Guest access Garden, terrace Other things to note Access to the second floor is via a spiral staircase that can be difficult for some people (see photo). Note that a second, more secure exterior staircase also provides access to the second floor. I don't charge any cleaning fees, but the premises will have to be returned clean and tidy, as you found them. If this is not the case, you may be charged an additional fee.
