The deck doubles as a perfect diving platform for kids and adults, offering fun and relaxation right over the water. Inside, the home offers around 100m² of comfortable indoor living space, with a 40m² shaded deck and an additional 40m² open sun deck for dining or lounging. The property also features a spacious garden with parking for up to three cars. Located just 13km from Ulcinj city centre (Ulqin), it’s close enough for convenience yet far enough to enjoy total peace and privacy. The famous Velika Plaža (“Big Beach”) is only a short drive away (5 minutes) — a stunning 12km stretch of golden sand known for kitesurfing, beach clubs, and relaxed seaside dining. Other things to note This is our family home, we would like to give the opportunity to others to taste this wonderful experience. Children must be supervised at all times as the depth of the river from the deck is above 3 metres and gets deeper. Please be careful.
