Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer. The space Wisteria Lodge offers ideal accommodation whether you are working locally or on a relaxing break. The ground floor has underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and space to enjoy your meals. The kitchen has a double induction hob, combination/microwave oven, air fryer and fridge/ freezer. The modern bathroom has a dual headed shower and heated towel rail. You ascend the light and airy staircase to a spacious lounge and adjoining double bedroom. There is ample storage space for your belongings. You can catch a movie on the smart TV or browse the books and board games. You have sole use of the 6 person spa with mood lighting and step out onto a heated floor for year round comfort. The adjacent sun lounge with its bi-fold doors to access the patio is ideal for relaxing as the sun sets. There is a large patio area with ample seating and a choice of gas or charcoal BBQs. There are USB sockets located in the kitchen and bedroom for charging smart phones and other devices. A charging point for your electric car is available upon request.
