A very spacious villa of 55 sq.m. just 60 meters away from beautiful Trani Ammouda beach, furnished with immaculate style&full of natural light! In front of an ample big green garden,facing the stunning view of Mount Athos,constitutes an ideal destination for carefree & peaceful holidays! At distance of a few kilometers there is the local harbor of the area which called Ormos Panagias about 10' minutes walk away from the house. In Ormos Panagias port, you can find a market, a beach bar and local traditional restaurants on the seafront. From there ships leave daily for cruise to Mount Athos and Ouranoupoli. Moreover,within the area, by car, you can choose to visit unique beaches, islands and archaeological sites, especially in the northern part of the coast of Trani Ammouda where a small promontory exists and you can see the ruins of an old Byzantine tower. Also,Agios Nikolaos Village is a few kilometers away, where you can find local restaurants and traditional music nights in the central village square every Friday night. Guest access The entire villa will be left to you upon your arrival! Other things to note In the same section of land, there is one more villa, that is also on Airbnb and hosts guests, which is completely independent from my own villa and yard.
