A warm and homely, holiday home in the heart of Snowdonia, Porthmadog is a picturesque sea side Town, only short stroll to all amenities, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, which can be seen going past several times a day, Moelwyn is in a quiet area, only 3 min walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour, only 5 min drive to beautiful beaches, car not essential, public transport 3 min walk away, Train links to London Euston etc, The space Moelwyn is a very comfortable holiday home and has a very homely cosy feel, the hub of the house is the beautiful kitchen, there is central heating throughout the property, microwave, toaster, fridge, tv in lounge, and two of the bedrooms, Moelwyn is on three floors ground floor lounge kitchen, utility room and toilet, 1st floor three bedrooms, 2nd floor large bathroom with bath shower and toilet, fully enclosed rear patio that is a great sun trap chill out area. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal and fully enclosed patio with table chairs, great sun trap and chill out area. Other things to note This is strictly not a party house, apologies but we do not accommodate parties of young adults, All bins and recycling boxes are located near rear gate, NO SMOKING within the property, check out at 11am .free WIFI, high chair, travel cot ànd safety gates available free of charge, all bedding is supplied, soap and toilet paper supplied. Towels can be provided on request, sunny patio, Minimum 2 night stay. 1st July - 31st August minimum 7night stays, Xmas minimum stay 3 nights, Easter, Whitsun and school half terms are 7 night stays unless arranged by request. Moelwyn is in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from Porthmadog high st where you will find bars, cafes , harbour etc, ZIP WIRE & BOUNCE BELOW is only 20 mins away, The Purple Moose Brewery is only few mins walk away. Black Rock sands, the drive on beach is only 5 min drive away, Porthmadog 18 hole golf course is also 5 mins drive away , beautiful Portmeirion village is only few minutes drive
