Chalet in Hochkrimml

The alpine houses Oscar and Louise, each with 4 rooms, about 104 m² of living space, 9 beds, are located at an altitude of 1,700 meters. The area is absolutely snow-sure. The lifts are approx. 300 meters from the house, and back you can almost ski to the house. The cross-country ski trail runs 20 meters below the house. There are three restaurants within walking distance. A paved parking space is located directly at the house, one parking space per house is available free of charge in the underground parking lot. The space Chalet Oscar, built in 2008, located right next to the Gerlosplatte, Silberleiten. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. For us it was of utmost importance to accommodate anybody´s needs, so we opted in this room for a handicapped accessible bed. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed, plus one upper bed. From this room you also will enjoy the view, as there is direct access to the balcony. Going on a family holiday? Your children will love the third bedroom - with two bunk beds and additional CD-player/radio this is the perfect place to hide from their parents! There are two bathrooms in the house, both are equipped with shower and toilet, the one upstairs also has a bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore, there are plenty of dishes and cutlery and even a CD player/radio. Relax in the cozy living room, including a modern lounge area, as well as digital TV and CD player/radio. Many windows make this room very bright! Dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, cleaning products, a selection of spices, etc. are available and are included in the price. In case you come by car, you may park in front of the house. Additionally there is also a underground parking lot.
