The space This is a two-story house, converted from an old barn renovated in 2019, with wooden interiors and large windows. On the ground floor there are two rooms, a bathroom and a small laundry room. The first floor is an open space with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace. Guest access The house is easily accessible by public and private transport. It is located about 15 minutes from the center of Lugano. There are several public parking spaces in the area. Other things to note Free parking spaces have a time limit of 2 hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Passage by car to reach the house is always allowed, but at certain times transit is not allowed.
