Enjoy your holidays in this bright little house in the heart of Manno, a quiet nucleus a few kilometers from Lugano. All the windows now have blackout curtains, both in the two bedrooms and in the living room. The space This is a two-story cottage converted from an old barn and renovated in 2019, featuring wooden interiors and large windows. On the ground floor there are two rooms, the bathroom and a small laundry room. The first floor is an open space with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace. Guest access The house is easily accessible by public and private transport. It is about 15 minutes from the center of Lugano. There are several paid public parking spaces in the area. The City Hall provides a temporary parking permit for a fee. The town hall is in front of the house. Other things to note There are 2 parking garages and several outdoor parking spaces, as well as 2 electric car charging stations. At the town hall, you can use a form to request a permit for free parking. During certain time periods (see photos), it is not possible to pass through without parking.
