The space The accommodations are a quiet self-contained apartment with a separate entry and its own patio in the green garden. It was renovated in Fall 2015 and is a non-smoking apartment. Parking spaces are right in front of the house. It is a bright, friendly, cozy, and stylishly-decorated 2-room apartment of 65 sq. m and is suitable for up to 4 people. The separate bedroom has a new double bed (180 x 200) and is separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are plenty of storage options for clothing. The living room is equipped with a sleeper couch, a stereo, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. The kitchen with an eating space has the normal equipment: Stove with over, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc. are available. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, washing machine, and toilet. A dryer is included. Wi-Fi is included. The living room is next to a small lake (Wuhlesee), quietly surrounded by greenery - fishing is allowed with an angling license! Alexanderplatz - Berlin´s center - is approx. 15 km away and can be reached in a half-hour with public transit (Bus 108 & U5).
