My home and your rest. Comfort next to Valencia

Room and bathroom in a spacious and cozy apartment in a residential development with a swimming pool and gym in Valterna (residential neighborhood). My intention is to make the guest feel comfortable and relaxed. Ideal for one guest. My rules are simple: Respect for my home, my things, my family and my neighbors. I think this encompasses everything. The common space is shared with my children when they are with me. The space Children's room and comfortable. Large terrace with views. Private full bathroom. Children's bedroom with desk. The bed is a 90 x 190 cm daybed You can use the kitchen, living room and terrace (all common areas). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Guest access Large swimming pool with 2 bathing areas: for young children and adults. Community gym with machines. Just outside the development, you can access a pedestrian street with bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and other services. Tram just a 7-minute walk away. A direct bus to Valencia is a 12 or 15-minute walk away. The town is a 15-20 minute walk away. Pine forest for walking a 5-minute walk away. During your stay I avoid bothering guests. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible. I will fully respect the guest's privacy and also if they do not want to interact with me or my family. But I'll appreciate it if there's at least a minimum interaction (greeting when entering and before leaving). If you want to share conversation with me and my children (when they are with me), I will be happy too. I love chatting with new people, and getting to know more of them if I can.
