Spacious apartment located on the 1st floor of a house with independent entrance. Located on the beautiful wild coast, you will enjoy a beautiful sea view from the 2 large bedrooms. You will be quiet and you will appreciate the immediate contact with nature, away from the hustle and bustle. Beach and ocean 2 steps away with restaurants, bars and Breton shops. The space SCHEDULE: if you absolutely want to arrive and/or depart on a Saturday and/or Sunday = possible according to the schedule of checking rotations. SOME DETAILS: Located on the 1st floor of a house with tenant below. Separate entrance to the side. The accommodation is simple (a little outdated for the kitchen and living room part; your rate takes this into account!), spacious and clean. There is a long balcony on the bedrooms side. You won't be able to eat on it, it's still narrow. It is mostly located in the 2nd line so away from the noise of the cars on the boulevard, incessant all year round. Easy parking nearby (no parking possible in the garden except for unloading) The house has a garden that only the year-round tenant has the enjoyment and maintenance of. It is therefore not accessible. Childcare equipment: umbrella bed Children's play equipment: beach games, children's books, a few toys 🏖️ You'll be spoilt for choice with easy and... free parking everywhere! 🐶: 1 dog is welcome (no cats); a few rules will have to be respected. ⚠️ LINEN is not provided. Off season, I can get you home early. ▶️ DEPARTURE: It is noted until 10 a.m., mainly in view of the summer period to allow cleaning rotations (if you do the cleaning, the checkout may be postponed) Off season, IF I CAN make you leave a little later, it will be happy to. ▶️ CLEANING: I chose not to charge a cleaning fee to ease budgets. A FULL cleaning will therefore be done by you OR A cleaning service may be requested at the concierge, subject to availability (40 euros) At your disposal: dishwashing liquid, hand gall, sponge, tea towels, shower gel and shampoo….. pepper salt….
