MAY SUPER OFFER The space beautiful Apartment in a Residence with swimming pool, Tennis court, park. the residence is in the center of Peschiera del Garda, (Lake of Garda) and walking distance by stores and all needs. The lake is 300 meters far and you dont need to use your car once there. In the residence you can park your car and forget about it, if you want. it is very close also to the train station which makes the place very comfortable also for backpackers like me. the train station is 15 minutes by walk, or about 6 € by cab. Peschiera del Garda is very well served by pubblic transportation and geografically is very convinient as a base to visit other beautiful placed nearby like Verona, Venice, Padova, Bologna (all within 1.5 hour by car). Closeby also GARDALAND (amusement Park), MOVIELAND, CANEVA WORLD, VILLA SIGURTA Peschiera is also very close to SIRMIONE, LAZISE, BARDOLINO. LOCATION: The apartment is inside a protected natural park, good for your relax and your readings. It's surrounded by gardens, large trees and singing birds. Located 2 minutes walk from the lake THE APARTMENT: Completely refurbished in 2011, is very romantic. It's very good for couples, good for families with childrenand can host up to six adults with no problems. It has a fully functional kitchen with big refrigerator, oven, a nicely decorated living room with queen size sofa-bed and a full size window on the park, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedromm with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a park view balcony for gread dinners. It has a air conditioneer. ACCESSORIES: Inside the apartment we also included some useful accessories such as a digital television, an iron with small iron table, a espresso coffee machine, a good hairdryer, washing maching, oven, dishwasher and some umbrellas. Plugs are 220 volts 50 hz. TRANSPORTATION There is train station in Peschiera. You can travel to the various locations of the lake by car, by bus an by boat (boat rides are lovely and cheap) directly from Peschiera. OTHER Free parking inside the park (closed to public), we guarantee maximum hygiene level. Near the park there is also a small supermarket for your basic needs and Peschiera has many shops too. Sheets and towels are not included in the price: 25€ is the cost of the service. Swimming-pool is seasonal: open from 15 may to 15 September; used of cap required. Given the fact that in winter, the heating of the apartment is very personal depending on the guest, an extra cost of 0.75 €/cubic meter of used gas is asked.
