Villa in Formangueires

Close to Fribourg (10' walk + 8' by train or 10' by car) and close to the village of Belfaux (10' walk). In Belfaux you will find everything you need: bank, postoffice, grocery shopping, dairy, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, flower shop, hairdresser, restaurants... The basement studio may be temporarily occupied by a member of my family. The studio is completely independent and has its own exit at the back of the house. If this happen, I personally inform the tenants. The space Very spacious ground floor with huge windows that makes it very light! Guest access The groundfloor includes a big kitchen with a table for 6-8 persons and huge windows, a nice living-room, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower). A big garden with furniture. On the first floor, a bedroom with an in-bathroom (shower), 2 bedrooms (one with terrace) sharing one bathroom (bathtub). All bedsheets and towels are included in the price! Outside, a covered garage for 2 cars. Other things to note Laundry room in the basement with washing machine but no dryer. A clothesline is available. => in case our house is rented for more than 10 days, we will ask our cleaning lady to come and clean after this period (basic cleaning, change of bed sheets and linens). => help us to recycle! A container is at your disposal in the garage to recycle your glass or PET bottles, we will take care of bringing them to the communal waste disposal center. => an intercommunal garbage bag (grey) will be given to you at the beginning of your stay. If you need more bags, you can find them in the drawer under the fridge, for the modest sum of 2.- chf/piece (to be put in the box on the oven) => 2 coffee machines available, both with ground coffee (a small Italian coffee machine and a Melitta with paper filter).
