Beautiful detached house. It has 2 bedrooms and it is suitable for 4 people. Ideal for families to spend a few quiet days. It is equipped with everything you could need during your stay. It is provided with sheets, towels and everything you need. It has air conditioning in the living room and both rooms. All of them with heat pump. There is a private parking for one car. It is located in a residential area with private entrance. The space Very quiet and safe area. There is a pharmacy 50 meters away and the summer pool is a 10 minute walk. Guest access If you book this townhouse, you will enjoy it privately. There will be no more guests during your stay. However you will only have access to a number of beds corresponding to the number of guests in the reservation. It applies as follows: -For 1 guest: Access to a room with two single beds (If a single guest wants access to the room with double bed, he/she must make or modify the reservation to 2 guests and only have access to 1 room with double bed) -For 2 guests: Access to a room with two single beds or 1 room with double bed. -For 3 guests: Access to a room with two single beds and a room with a double bed. -For 4 guests or more: Access to the three rooms. For bookings of 3 guests or less, the room On-suite will remain closed, so guests will only have access to 1 bathroom and a toilet in groundfloor. For reservations of 4 guests or more all rooms will be available and therefore you can use the two bathrooms plus the toilet. There is a closet in the room with two single beds that remains closed to store cleaning utensils and so on. Other things to note In accordance with Spanish law (Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security and regional tourism regulations), all tourist accommodations are legally required to collect and report the identification details of all guests aged 14 and above to the local authorities (Spanish Police or Guardia Civil).
