The building is part of the historical part of Varenna, but it has been recently restructured and finely refurnished. The sympathetic restoration of the locale has kept alive the artistic spirit of the area. The imposing celtic cross which dominates the entrance cannot be missed, witness to the strong spiritual past of the area. Runes decorate the bar area and can also be found on the tablecloths, recalling the Gallic influence in the Alpine region.
