San Michele di Pagana, in an exclusive residential area, with beautiful villas in typical Italian style that characterize the hill, we rent Villa Cristina, a unique property of its kind and located in a unique position for its spectacular sea view and for its exposure that enjoys lighting and sun for all hours of the day. The villa has a well-kept private Mediterranean-style garden and private pool. The space EXTERIORS The access courtyard has several comfortable parking spaces, the panoramic terraces of the villa all overlook the gulf and the Bay of San Michele di Pagana, all floors of the villa have balconies or terraces that allow you to enjoy a sea breeze and sip a glass of wine in front of the beautiful sunset. The fully fenced garden is cared for by our trusted caretaker, decorated with various trees and flowers, the pool has a shallow water area suitable for the little ones, and the area on the sides of the pool is flat and very comfortable, equipped with sun loungers and a lovely living room. The pool is served by an annex with a bathroom and a large shower. Villa Cristina has a large and convenient driveway entrance as well as a small private gate that leads to the path and a short 15-minute walk to the beaches. INTERIOR The house is divided into three levels: on the ground floor, there is a very bright living room and dining room with access to the panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, lounge area, large fully equipped kitchen, pantry, bathroom, direct access to the garden and parking lots. All terraces have automated awnings as well as blackout shutters. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of two double bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the sea and an ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the garden, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a large laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a service balcony overlooking the garden. On the third and top floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. To complete the solution, a separate apartment with independent entrance, living room, kitchenette, double bedroom with garden view, bathroom with shower. The decor is carefully thought out down to the smallest detail. Renovated in 2019, the property is in perfect condition, characterized by a modern yet antique style.
