Two modern rooms in quiet village

The accommodation contains two modern private rooms and a luxurious bathroom + shower, all on the first floor. The house has a 75 m² terrace directed to the south and west and a relaxing garden full of flowers. Bus stop at 100 m with several buses. The space The house is built on the slope of a gentle hill and it is the first "high" one when travelling from the village center. The left part of the building is occupied by a couple with a young daughter, we live in the right part. At the right side of the drive a garden starts on a steep slope, running along the house and giving way to a 10 acre garden. Behind this are nothing but fields and small forests till the next valley of river IJse and beyond. Guest access Common sitting room with 2 sofas and television set. Radio and CD-player available. A lot of books in English and Dutch. When the weather is nice, chairs and a table are set outside on the terrace to enjoy the flower-rich garden. During your stay We are able to offer touristic information about our region, Leuven, Brussels and Belgium as a whole. Other things to note No smoking indoors, please. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
