The house is located in Via Salita Falcone in the Le Forna area, and more precisely on the hill of Monte Falcone, and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and can accommodate 4 people. The house is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and wifi. The house has a flat roof used as a panoramic terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. The space LINEN RENTAL: Please note that linens are not included with the rental of the apartment. Linen rental is not mandatory as it is proposed as an additional service to the rental of the apartment. N.B. The property is rented without consumable products such as: detergents, personal hygiene products and condiments to be used in the kitchen. N.B. At check-in, linens are delivered to the customer packed and sterilized. N.B. Only and exclusively with the rental of linens you will be offered N°1 BASIC WELCOME KIT with everything you need for your stay. The BASIC WELCOME KIT consists OF: 1. A sponge; 2. A sponge cloth; 3. A single-dose pack of dish soap; 4. A small bar of soap; 5. A garbage bag "already present in the apartment"; 6. A roll of toilet paper "already present in the apartment". Guest access We remind you that check-in will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. In the event that the apartment is already available before 4:30 p.m., cleaned and tidied, check-in will be done as soon as possible in order to facilitate the guest's access to the booked apartment. Entry into the agency will only be allowed to the parent company for the performance of agency practices. The delivery of the keys will be made at the SoleMare Agency of Ponza in Via Banchina Tenente di Fazio n°10. For check-in after 8:00 pm, you will be asked for a fee of €30.00 for late arrival after the agency's times. (We kindly ask you to let us know by phone or email.) A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. You'll need to pay it with your credit card via pre-authorization. After checking your listing status, your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card within 14 days.
