The house is located in Via Salita Falcone in the Le Forna area, and more precisely on the hill of Monte Falcone, and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and can accommodate 4 people. The house has a solar slab used as a panoramic terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. The space LINEN RENTAL: Please note that linen is not included with the rental of the apartment. Linen rental is not mandatory as it is offered as an additional service to the apartment rental. N.B. The property is rented without consumable products such as: detergents, personal hygiene products and condiments to be used in the kitchen. We inform you of the possibility of renting linen at the SoleMare Agency: • At the price of €30.00 for the double set (COUPLES) and includes: o 2 sheets for a double bed; o 2 pillowcases; o 2 face towels; o 2 Shower towels; o 2 bidet towels; o 1 shower mat. • At the price of €18.00 for the single set (FOR ONE PERSON ONLY) and includes: o 2 single bed sheets; o 1 pillowcase; o 1 face towel; o 1 shower towel; o 1 bidet towel. N.B. At check-in, the linen is delivered to the customer in a bag and sterilized. N.B. Only and exclusively with the rental of linen will you be offered 1 BASIC WELCOME KIT with the bare necessities for the stay. The BASIC WELCOME KIT consists of: 1. A sponge; 2. A sponge cloth; 3. A single-dose pack of dishwashing detergent; 4. A small bar of soap; 5. A garbage bag "already present in the apartment"; 6. A roll of toilet paper "already present in the apartment". Guest access We remind you that check-in will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. In the event that the apartment is already available before 4:00 p.m., clean and tidy, check-in will be done as soon as possible in order to facilitate the customer to take possession of the booked apartment. Only the group leader will be allowed to enter the agency to complete the agency paperwork. The keys will be delivered to the SoleMare Agency in Ponza at Via Banchina Tenente di Fazio 10. For check-in after 8:00 p.m., you will be asked for a fee of €30.00 for late arrival after agency hours. (We kindly ask you to let us know by phone or email). Possibility of accompaniment to the apartment with a courtesy car from the SoleMare Agency only for stays longer than 2 nights. A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. You will need to pay for it by credit card through pre-authorization. After checking the condition of the accommodation, the deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card within 14 days. Other things to note AGENCY OPENING HOURS: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm Outside of these hours, there is no possibility of check-in or luggage storage. • In case of arrivals before 4:00 pm, it will be possible to leave luggage in storage at the agency until check-in time. • At check-out, you can leave your luggage in storage at the agency until the time of departure. o For departures scheduled in the morning, luggage storage is FREE; o For departures scheduled in the afternoon or outside office hours, there is a surcharge of €5.00 per suitcase; o For many luggage, backpacks, bags, etc., a discounted flat rate will be applied.
