We will be happy to welcome you to discover our beautiful region. The castle is a quiet place, in the middle of a small village in the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park. The "Gîte Rivière" is unique because of its location within a castle dating from the Middle Ages. Apartment located on the 1st floor of the Château de Latour, fully renovated, equipped with a dining room (with television), a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, kitchen utensils), 2 independent bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 2 beds 90 cm, 2 bathrooms (toilet). Outside a common terrace is at your disposal. In the gîte you have an iron, a cleaning kit, and a shared washing machine on request. Children's equipment can also be lent to you on request (beds, highchair) And don't worry, central heating is available in the premises in winter. Guest access Parking for tenants is available in front of the castle. You enter the premises from the east side of the building. The Great Entrance is located opposite the village church. From the parking lot you go up a flight of stairs to reach a terrace that leads you to the entrance of the 18th century. Turn the handle and you are inside a medieval castle. The large Hall will take you to one of the three gîtes of the Château "Rivière" "Renaissance" or "Avoine" (total capacity 15 beds). Each cottage is independent, only the hall remains in common. Other things to note The Château is managed by an association that has been restoring the premises for over 30 years; these local volunteers are fighting to maintain and restore this common property. Visiting or renting a Gîte at the Château is part of an active and participatory approach. Whether it's visits or rentals, nearly 70% are reinvested in restoration or cultural projects.
