Marche Hills – Sunset

Dear Guests, My farmhouse is divided into 2 fairly similar apartments, called Aurora (930953) and Tramonto (966071). This is the Tramonto listing. If you wish to book both apartments (ideal solution for groups of 8/17 people or for 2 families who wish to spend a vacation together, without sacrificing their privacy), please go to the Colline Marchigiane - Entire Property ad. The space I believe that the thing that guests will appreciate the most is the new 6-person Jacuzzi with hot water placed in the garden. From inside the pool, even and especially in the winter months, immersed in the warm water, heated by the solar system, you will spend not minutes, but hours in complete and pervasive relaxation, enjoying the splendid view of the Marche hills, listening to your favorite music or in complete silence, sipping some excellent local wine (I recommend Bianchello del Metauro or Verdicchio delle colline di Jesi, I prefer white wines !!). I confirm how the jacuzzi is pleasantly usable even in the winter months. I myself, with my family, used it on 29.12.2018 at night (outside temperature 0 degrees, water temperature 34 degrees) and the following day, with extreme pleasure for everyone. The Country house is owned by the family since 1815 and was restored in 2-year labor intensive and very tasteful: The successful transformation of a simple farmhouse into a luxury holiday home. Both apartments are about 135 square meters and invested over 2 levels, with a dip in the ground and first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender ... In front of the house is the large south-facing, sheltered terrace with pergola, of which you have a wonderful open view in the valley in front of you. The well tended garden - with seating under an ancient mulberry tree - invites quiet reading hours and provides plenty of space to play. The property is completely fenced - here you go missing no children or dogs: o) The parking lot is located on the property. The Marche region has been raised in its records as 'The whole of Italy in front of a region' - and rightly so. Sand and pebble beaches for swimming, the cliffs. Sant 'Andrea is a charming medieval village, 25 minutes from the coast. The coast is easily accessible via a free road curves almost reach (an exception in our beautiful area). The house is situated below the village on a gravel road, but you use only one other residents. The view across the wide valley extends up to the peaks of the Apennines. The property is ideally located between sea and mountains. You will be surrounded by the natural enviroment of italian Marche Hills. From the garden you will not be able to see even 1 square meter of asphalt: only earth, fields of different colours, green grass, trees and...sun. Free WI-FI service is now available. Guest access The farmhouse is divided into 2 apartments: Aurora and Tramonto. The garden in front of the farmhouse is unique and must be available for guests of both apartments. Obviously, in case of presence of guests in both apartments, the jacuzzi is also available to both groups. Please note that, generally, both apartments are occupied only during the very high season. Other things to note Unfortunately, today I had to raise prices; I resisted, resisted, resisted, but in front of the last electricity bill, I had to take note of reality. I am sincerely sorry. I'll just tell you that the prices of laundries (the few that still serve small customers like us) have almost increased tenfold. But at least for this cost item, I have a solution: bring your own bed linen and towels. My farmhouse, unfortunately, can be reached and lived only by car, so it costs you little to put a couple of sheets and towels in the car. I save and you save. For those who prefer not to bring linen I will have to put a rate of € 30 per person (€ 15 sheets and € 15 towels) For those of you who come by plane or in any case by public transport, I will have the regard to apply lower rates. I remind you that the apartments are equipped with a washing machine, so you can wash your laundry, in a way that has it cleaned, bringing it home, or continuing to the next stage of your journey. If and when the situation normalizes, I will be the first to revise my prices downwards. Let's hope so.
