The Lodge

The Lodge is a spacious two bedroom static caravan with its own private decking and garden area, set on 8 acres of beautiful countryside, looking out towards the stunning views of Llyn Alaw Reservoir The space The Lounge has a sofa, two arm chairs and two foot stools and also has a Smart TV and some board games. The Kitchen has plenty of storage space along with an oven, microwave, toaster and all the utensils needed. There are two fridge/freezers, one located in the porch area and one in the kitchen, great if you are planing a long trip. There is a shower, toilet and basin in the bathroom, there will be towels provided for you. The first bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and also has plenty of storage space with 3 wardrobes a dressing table with a mirror and plenty of drawers. There is also a small en suite with a toilet and sink. Both Bedrooms have black out blinds and curtains, also good quality bedding ensuring you get a restful nights sleep. In the porch you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and also a dish washer. You also have access to a wash line, private garden and decking leading onto a patio area. On the decking area you will find 4 rattan chairs and a coffee table, it's a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the peace and quite of the countryside. Stepping down from the decking is a spacious patio with a picnic table and access to the garden where there is a swing and small slide. Guest access The caravan is set on a spacious decking area so you can sit down and take in the beautiful welsh countryside surrounding you. At the front of the caravan you will find a large patio area stepping down from the decking and also a fenced off garden with a swing and small slide. This is the perfect space for adults to unwind and take in the stunning scenery while the children can run around play in the secure garden area. There are four fields (approx 8 acres) next to the caravan, you are more than welcome to go for a stroll down the fields or for the children to run around and play, It would be well worth packing your wellies as they do get quite muddy in the winter months. Other things to note Parking - There is plenty of room for parking in front of The Lodge, with even enough space to park a boat or jet ski. Key safe - There is a Key safe on the porch wall, we will send you a message a few days before your stay with all the details you will need.
