Our light and airy holiday home is located in a picturesque valley and affords the perfect opportunity to kick back and relax. Fully centrally heated and well equipped to meet all your needs. King, twin beds, sofa bed. Sandy Toes is conveniently situated within easy travelling distance of many of Cornwall’s lovely beaches and visitor attractions. Ideal for couples, friends or families looking to spend quality time together enjoying the beauty of Cornwall . Dog friendly (2 max). The space Sandy Toes has a comfortable coastal charm. It is the perfect base for your holiday. The large lounge/diner is flooded with light and has it's own door, which opens onto the decked area beyond. Immaculate throughout, the lounge-diner leads to a well equipped kitchen area. A central lobby (ideal for storing prams/surfboards), leads to the bathroom and bedrooms. The large, pretty master bedroom has a king sized bed, along with ample wardrobe space, a dressing table/desk and mirror and over-bed cupboards. It has an en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe, and one of the beds can be stowed away (on request) prior to your visit if you have one child or would like room for a cot. The house bathroom has a generous shower and ample hot water. There is a lovely, sunny decked area to the front of Sandy Toes, with a wooden patio table and chairs. There is a double sofa bed, travel cot and high chair available for larger parties/families with young children. Located in a country park, Sandy Toes is in a picturesque position and is surrounded by well tended grass. It has a dedicated parking space and other than three wide steps onto the decked area, the approach and the accommodation is level. Guest access The whole of the accommodation and decked are is yours. Sandy Toes has one allocated parking space to the front and further parking is available by Reception as you drive in. Other things to note Flexible check-in/out times may be available - please ask. High chair and travel cot available. Bedding and towels are provided. On site laundry with washers, tumble dryers, irons and rotary dryers. Fish and chip van once a week. Quiet park - no on site entertainment. Easy access to many quiet country walks for those with furry friends. On site electric vehicle charging point.
