Set of 2 adjoining, communicating cottages for 6 and 12 people. This cottage is located at the exit of the village on a plot of 1200 m² with an unobstructed view of the Pyrenees mountains. During your stay you will enjoy the combination of modern comforts of a quality renovation and a typical Ariégeoise house from 1862. Large south-facing terrace. The space We wanted to give a warm spirit to our cottage by fitting it out by mixing new furniture like all the bedding and renovated elements. Houses ideally located at the exit of the village of Larnat. The village allows you to go hiking directly or enjoy nature in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is located on a 1200 m² plot. We've designed this cottage to make your vacation experience the best possible. Access will be autonomous using connected locks and bolts. The bunk beds are suitable for a maximum of 1 adult sleeping on the bottom. The cottage is therefore recommended for a maximum of 16 adults. There are no shops in the village but you will find everything you need in the village of Les Cabanes located 8 km away - Fuel - Restaurant - Bakery - Tourist office - Post Office - ATM This house is located in a village with neighbors nearby. Evening parties are prohibited to preserve the tranquility of the premises. Guest access An access guide will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Once you arrive in the village of Larnat, follow the "Col de Larnat" signs to find the cottages. Parking for your vehicles will be in the garages of the cottages or in the square at the entrance to the village. Parking in the village streets is prohibited because it interferes with traffic.
