Mission Hall & The Vestry -Hot Tub

This quirky cottage is two joined properties linked by a shared sunny courtyard and entrance hall located just a short drive from Bath’s central cultural and restaurant districts. The property can sleep up to a maximum of 13 guests . Stylish bedrooms, large, luxurious living space and an open-plan kitchen make this property the perfect destination for medium size groups. Coupled with a small garden, hot tub and parking for 3 cars, this house is fantastic for gatherings of family and friends. The space Just 10 minutes from Bath with parking for up to 4 cars. Bedrooms ​ There are 4/5 wonderful bedrooms (bedrooms 4 & 5 are in Sursum Vestry with one downstairs and one upstairs but an open staircase between them thus limiting privacy and making them suitable for a family or friends rather than two couples) and the option of sofa beds in the living areas. All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton. Within Mission Hall, Bedroom 1 offers a superking bed and additional single bed. These can all be arranged as single beds if it suits you. Bedroom 2 is a double for up to 2 people. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a Superking bed (which can be twins) and two additional trundle beds (with proper sprung mattresses). In The Vestry, the King bed is upstairs and the SuperKing is downstairs with access to two private terraces. Both sofas in Mission Hall are also King sofa beds. ​ Bathrooms ​ There are 4 shower rooms, one in Mission Hall off the kitchen and dining room, an ensuite in Bedroom 3, a full shower room off the living area and an ensuite with a shower over the bath in The Vestry. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury cowshed toiletries and products for use during your stay. ​ Living Accommodation ​ The living accommodation is perfect with two super comfortable 5 seater sofas in the living room (and additional pouffes) and an enormous flat screen TV. The kitchen is open plan and has a large oak dining table, Making it a great place to cook and eat. From here you have access to front and rear patio areas with dining area and a BBQ. Outside: There is a huge sunny courtyard which links both properties and has plenty of comfortable seating for you to use. At the rear of the property, there is a wooded patio area with a covered hot tub for use during your stay. There is an additional terrace at the rear of the Vestry with beautiful lit up trees and an additional sunny walled patio garden to the front.
