Ecological and modern forest house

Welcome to our small nature and animal paradise in the picturesque Bergisches Land. Nestled in beautiful nature characterized by meadows, forests, rivers and streams is our vacation home. Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is connected to 2 terraces and a large garden. Here you can relax... The space The almost 100 square meter floor space of the vacation home extends over three floors. On the first floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and the guest toilet. This is followed by the dining area, whose small oven provides cozy warmth and coziness. Through two doors you can step out onto the terrace and into the garden and let your gaze wander over the sheep pasture and the Wupperhänge. Two bedrooms with beautiful views and the bathroom with toilet and shower are located on the upper floor. Towels and linens are included. The jewel of the charming cottage is the living room, which is located in the basement. Through the large window front you look directly into the forest. The small terrace and the large garden invite you to dream and linger. On cold days, an oven also provides you with cozy warmth. Clay plaster walls, historic half-timbered beams, natural stones from the region and the many small dormer windows exude a very special charm. The ecological building materials used in the construction of the forest house ensure a very special indoor climate. Active switch-off sockets reduce electrosmog and ensure a trouble-free sleep. The forest house is nestled in a charming cultural landscape that offers horses, sheep, dogs, cats, as well as pastures and orchards. The "Klingenpfad" connects directly to the property. From here you can start wonderful hikes. If you are looking for the balancing act between nature and the big city, this is also the right place: Cologne, Düsseldorf and Dortmund can be reached in about 45 minutes, and Wuppertal is 20 minutes away. Other things to note Our vacation home is for feeling good and relaxing – please not for partying. Large birthdays where additional guests are invited or weddings (also no "preparation base" for the bridal couple) are not intended. Each house has a parking space on the property. If you arrive with two cars, just let us know in advance – then we'll see if we can find a solution.
