Our apartment, completely renovated in 2017, is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace with a veranda overlooking the sea and swimming pool; it is located in a private property just 60 steps from the sea and services – restaurants, supermarket, beaches, post office, pharmacy, station. It has a reserved parking space. Theoule is a small village with all the amenities and a few steps from Cannes - visible from home - and the Corniche de l'Esterel. Reachable by train and bus from Cannes. The space Located in a condominium with a view of more than 180° of the bay of Cannes, it is a unique apartment that makes you feel like you are at the beach without leaving the house. The view is unique and the shape of the house, which overlooks the pool, allows you to enjoy the balcony without being seen by the neighbors. Guest access By staying in our apartment, you will be entitled to reserved parking inside the property protected by an automatic gate and fence, the use of the swimming pool, the park equipped with a solarium balcony and a ping-pong table. Other things to note The apartment does not have air conditioning but has fans for both bedrooms. Sheets, towels, tablecloths, or tea towels are NOT available.
