BaaBaa Huts - luxury hut with log burning hot tub

A cosy retreat in rural Cheshire offering luxury self contained accommodation with facilities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Included is a breakfast hamper containing locally sourced produce replenished daily . The Shepherds Hut is in the orchard of our home on the Welsh-English border making it an ideal place to explore historic Chester, Cheshire and North Wales. Enjoy star gazing and nighttime tranquility in our luxury Swedish log burning hot tub with the occasional owl hooting The space Our Hut of traditional construction is based on an oak chassis with forged wheels and cladded in larch. The interior has been designed with meticulous attention and finished to high standard offering luxurious quality with a country feel. The accommodation offers a living space with a seated area that converts to a double bed. The box seats offer storage of bedding and personal belongings during the day. There is a small kitchen allowing guests to cater for themselves. There is a compact shower room with wc and basin. The Hut is fully insulated keeping it cool in the summer and cosy in the autumn and winter. A small log burner and supply of logs allows guests to be comfortable on cooler days. The garden is a peaceful place to enjoy sunny days and the changing seasons. Enjoy the sunsets and outdoor space with a small seated area to the front of the hut ideal for breakfast. A BBQ and picnic bench to the rear of the hut is ideal for spending the evening. Within a fenced area of the orchard we keep bees and chickens. Fresh eggs are provided in the breakfast pack during your stay. The wood -burning Hot Tub located next to the hut adds a special extra luxury to your stay. Whilst on the premises guests have sole use of the hot tub. However, guests need to be aware that whilst offering sole use of the hot tub we may need to attend to it or be in the vicinity of the Hut to manage the livestock (chickens and bees) but will endeavour to limit any unnecessary intrusion on your privacy. The Hut and facilities are not exclusive to AirBnB guests but are part of our family home acting as an office and guest room at other times. The Hut has had a recent redecorate ready to welcome guests again. Guest access The hut is located in the orchard of our family home. The cultivated garden rolls into wild flower orchard where the hut can be found adjacent to a small, relaxed kitchen garden. Designated guest parking is available on the drive of our home and a short footpath leads you to the hut. You are welcome to explore the outdoor space and please ask if you wish to learn about keeping bees and chickens. Other things to note The cost per night includes the supply of breakfast, which you can prepare using the hut facilities and enjoy at your leisure. The breakfast pack includes cereal, fruit juice, free range eggs, bacon or sausage, baked beans, tomatoes/ mushrooms, bread or croissant, butter, jam / marmalade, tea, coffee and milk. BaaBaa Huts has passed an inspection with a 5* review from Cheshire West and Chester to ensure we meet the Food Standards Agency requirements. The breakfast pack will be replenished on a daily basis. If you have any specific dietary requirements, allergies or prefer a lighter option please advise us so changes can be made to the standard breakfast items. If you like to cater for yourselves in the evening, local suppliers of produce are noted in the Hut Information folder. A BBQ is provided with outdoor seating and a Wood Burning Hot-tub located next to the Hut is available for guests to use during your stay. You have sole use of the hot tub whilst at the hut. We do not provide consumables such as charcoal other than for the first night and one crate of logs is provided. Refills are available at a small charge. We have two exuberant cocker spaniels and a horse. We endeavour to not let these impact upon your stay and discourage the dogs from being in the vicinity of the Hut. However, they may find it hard to resist saying hello when they are out in the garden. We will also have to attend to the chickens and bees but will respect your privacy by keeping any intrusion to a minimum.
