Quiet oasis in the wild valley

The house has been in our family for generations. The small apartment was expanded in the 70s and continuously renovated. The large garden is part of it and offers plenty of space for all kinds of things. It is nestled between Lake Maggiore and Monte Lema, on the edge of the village. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the green, untouched valley or for biking. By car, it's 10 minutes to the lake. The space The small apartment is part of my house, but has a separate entrance. One bedroom and a dining room with 2 burners and a fridge and private bathroom. It has a seat in front of the house and behind the house a large shared garden which may be used.
