Independent apartment in a restored old farmhouse with small shaded terrace and access to the garden in an authentic Franche-Comté village. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child and not recommended for a group of adults (lack of privacy) The space Independent apartment in an old Franche-Comté farmhouse (we still have horses) on 2 levels. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms, not separated by a partition but by a simple curtain, one with a 140 bed, the other with a double bed (90 x 2) And 3 steps lower: Small living room (with possibility to watch DVDs) containing an additional sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor: Kitchen with basic equipment: gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, the sink area that was impractical has just been refurbished At your disposal: tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt… and of course dishes and utensils. In the shower: body wash and shampoo. Linens and towels are provided. Notes: A QUITE STEEP STAIRCASE BUT EQUIPPED WITH A HANDRAIL connects the ground floor to the upper floor, it can be difficult for very young children, for people with limited mobility or the elderly. THE TOILETS ARE ON THE GROUND FLOOR Guest access Access to the apartment is completely independent of our part of the house, it is through a small terrace that overlooks the front of the garden. The house is at the end of the village, in a green, wooded and peaceful setting. Not overlooked, no close neighbors. Other things to note We have horses and cats and do not accept other pets to avoid conflicts.
