Townhome with Gorgeous Views

Our townhouse is built in Andalusian style and has beautiful views of Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast. Being a corner property it has plenty of room, light, sea breeze and outdoor space. There are two balconies and a solarium (roof top terrace). It's a peaceful haven for guests away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Fuengirola, yet not far from the activity. There are 3 pools on the community, all accessible to the guests. The closest beach is a 5min drive and others are close by. The space Guests have plenty of sleeping space for 6 people and 2.5bath, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There's parking right in front of the house. To make your stay more comfortable and fun we have - A 55inch flat screen TV - A dishwasher -A compact BBQ set which you can use on the living room balcony - Two beach chairs to take to the pool - Two sun chairs on the terrace/solarium -Two electric heaters for the winter months, if needed - Both indoor and outdoor eating arrangement Also in the house to carter to families with kids we have -A high chair -A step stool - Some kids book and toys Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a store room in the basement. Other things to note It is required by Spanish law and for tax declaration purposes in Spain that a host have a copy of the renter's id.
