On a fenced garden of 1700 m2 guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, hot tube, playground, barbecue, two 15 m2 terraces, and parking. Each of the two houses of 96 m2 on the ground floor contains a living room, bathroom and kitchen. !Everybody who wants to spend the vacation in nature and a beautiful environment are welcome! The space Breze is located 900 m above see level and 17 km from larger city Novi Vinodolski where you can find supermarkets,restaurants,emergency room,post office,pharmacy,exchange office,bar and beach or any other facilities needed! Tourist tax, final cleaning, pool, hot top, internet, parking, two bikes and table tennis are included in the price! The additional charge for pets is 7 € per day! In Novi Vinodolski guests have one parking spot close to the beach! Each house should be booked separately but it is also possible to book both of them at the same time.
