Each time we go there, we improve the the comfort a little more and, especially if you travel with children, you will appreciate "real life" comfort of this apartment. Also, we have a legal authorization to rent this apartment. Located in one of the most central and sought areas of Berlin, in a quiet area with the Spree in the front and Tiergarten in the back ! It is on a ground floor with no stairs or obstacles to get in the apartment in a "Kaiserbau" building from 1865 designed by architect Hugo Maaß, with a brick façade with sculpted moulds it offers a space of 36 sqm. It is 3 minutes walk away S-Bahn Bellevue (with a direct line to Wansee, Zoologicer Garten or Friedrichstraße) and 5 to10 minutes walk to U-Bahn Turmstraße or Hansaplatz. Also, many busses are available among which the TXL with an access to Tegel airport within minutes. It has 2 rooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a convertible sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. Though it is not possible to be over 4 great maximum there is also a double inflatable mattress and a baby bed so guests can organize their beddings as it suits them the best. Linen is included (sheets, blankets, towels...). There is also a baby bed but for hygiene reasons, pillows, sheets and blankets and mattress protection for the baby bed have to be brought if you wish to use it. There is a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a wash hand-bassin. It is equipped with WIFIInternet connection, cooking stoves (electric) oven, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, and basically with everything that one would need to enjoy a Berlin life experience in the intimacy of one's own house…we also have a small TV we never use but it works fine with German channels.
