It is identical in quality and finish but the second bedroom is set up with three single beds. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and ourselves as much as possible and we thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding. +++++++++++++++++++++ THE CHALETS We have two Chalets side by side and both are of the same high standard of finish and facilities. They are on two floors. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms downstairs, One with King size bed and the other set up with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower on this floor. Upstairs there is a lounge, dining area and kitchen all on open plan and patio doors lead from the lounge to a small wooden balcony offering spectacular mountain views. The lodges are identical in layout quality and finish but, occasionally for operational reasons, may be allocated on arrival. There is safe private parking in the grounds exclusively for lodge use. There is an excellent free Superfast Fibre Optic broadband connection and 4G mobile connection. ******************************************************************************************* BARBECUE HUT The hut, when available, can be reserved for use between the hours of *5:30 pm - *10:30 pm. We will prepare everything ready for you to cook and show you how everything works if required. As an example, if you wish to eat around 7pm we will light the charcoal for you which will be ready for you to start cooking around 6:30. We request the hut is vacated by *10:45 pm*. The first firing is with our compliments and any subsequent use is subject to a *£5.oo charge to cover charcoal costs. All you need to provide is your own food and drink. There are photos of the hut in the listing ******************************************************************************************* COVID CLEANING PROCEDURES As we enter the start of the 2023season it is a great relief that we can appear to be more optimistic about returning to a more normal life. It's important that a lot of the measures put in place to help restrict transmission are not relaxed. Lindsay and I have decided that the additional cleaning and sanitising procedures from last year will now form a standard part of the preparation of the living spaces. As well as an intensive clean, all surfaces (door handles, light switches, plug sockets etc.) are treated at each changeover with Steri-7 Biocidal Reactive Barrier disinfectant that keeps on working for up to 7days between cleans and reactivates on touch. Lastly, the whole area is fogged, again with Steri-7, to make sure the environment is as safe and sterile as possible prior to your arrival. Hand sanitisers are also provided. ***************************************************************************************** PLEASE NOTE THAT USE OF THE CAR PARK IS AT GUESTS OWN RISK AND WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE. PLEASE ALSO ADVISE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU WILL REQUIRE PARKING FOR MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE OR IF YOU REQUIRE BIKE STORAGE. ***************************************************************************************** CHILDREN AND YOUNGER GUESTS. We welcome children and infants here and can provide free of charge a Cot, High Chair and Stairgate for use during your stay. Please advise when booking if you will require this. PLEASE EXERCISE EXTRA CAUTION AND SUPERVISION WHEN CHILDREN ACCESS THE BALCONY. **************************************************************************************** PETS Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept bookings with pets either in the lodges or left in vehicles. Guest access Bookings are accepted on the basis of a minimum of two people having a minimum two night stay unless stated otherwise in booking calendar. As guests you have exclusive use of the lodge which has a fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note Please note that bookings are for a minimum of two people for minimum two night stay unless otherwise state. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LODGES, THE BALCONIES or IN THE BARBEQUE HUT Thank you. There is a charge of £20.00 for use of the BBQ hut for one night bookings.
