Guests have access to a shared lounge, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. Breakfast is served only in summer, offering a warm and familiar welcome in a romantic and picturesque setting. The space The property warmly welcomes pets, providing a welcome kit for them. Guests can enjoy a common room where they can have breakfast or enjoy a hot meal after a busy day, without having to go out for dinner. The room offers a relaxing environment for sipping a glass of local wine or reading a book, thanks to the small bookcase being set up. Meals can also be enjoyed on the terrace. Parking under the house is reserved for guests and free of charge. Wi-Fi with a good signal is available throughout the property, and is particularly strong in the common room. For guests arriving by bicycle, the "BICI OFFICINA" service is available with the necessary tools to solve minor bike problems.
