Beautifully renovated Tyrolean vacation home with cottage character (approx. 60 square meters). Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Very quiet location right on the fields. Covered patio and large balcony. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf etc. in 15, ski resorts in approx. 25 minutes by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house. The space Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a large, modern bathroom are on the ground floor. A beautiful beech wood staircase leads to the upper floor, directly into the large living area with integrated kitchen. Somewhat set off is the rustic bunk bed with two 190 x 90 beds. There is also another toilet up here. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. From the large dining table you have a magnificent view over the Gurgltal into the Imst mountains. The idyllic outdoor seating upstairs with a wrap-around balcony invites you to a cozy glass in any weather. Guest access Penultimate house of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts in a beautiful location. You can park your car in the yard for free by arrangement. In addition to your private patio, you also have the large terrace with fireplace (also for barbecuing) with sun loungers and dining area and may share it with the guests of the neighboring house. The sandbox is accessible to all guest children. Other things to note When arriving, please note: if you have passed our hidden entrance too quickly, please DO NOT use the neighbor's yard to turn around, but please drive back to our entrance. Please note that the visitor's tax is required by the tourism authority and should be paid in cash on site (€ 3.00/night/person from 16 years) There is deliberately no TV in the house so as not to disturb the idyllic tranquility.
