House with quiet 40 m² living room, 9 beds

House with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher...) and 9 beds (2 in a sofa bed in the living room and 7 others upstairs in two different bedrooms). 4 double beds and 1 single bed, 5 independent beds. Quiet neighborhood in a small village 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 10 minutes from Cholet, 45 minutes from Nantes and Angers and 1.5 hours from the Vendée coast. The space Linens and towels are included in the price, if you do not want them, (you want to bring them) we will refund you €3 per person per night. Optionally, if you don't want to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, we charge a €20 cleaning fee. Guest access Access to everything. Other things to note We require a security deposit of 300 euros upon arrival, which will be returned to you if the cleaning and tidying up are done correctly.
