Swimming Pool The pool is not fenced. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool area may be slippery when wet. The pool is not heated since we haven't yet found a sustainable way to do it.We have a pool cover that creates a green house effect to keep the water warmer off season, still we don''t assure the water will be warm enough for leisure from November through March since that depends a lot on how the cover is being used by the previous guests. Natural Environment The villa is located next to the Vendicari Nature Reserve and is surrounded by unspoiled nature. Guests should expect uneven terrain, natural vegetation, insects, and wildlife typical of a protected coastal area. The gravel path to the villa, 500mts, is uneven, very low cars should drive through carefully Sea & Beaches Beach access is natural and undeveloped in some areas. Suitable footwear is recommended, especially for children. We provide umbrellas and towels. The natural reserve doesn't allow balls, freesbies, chairs, rackets and so on on the beach, 5km South or 5 km North of the house you'll be able to find commercial beaches that will be serviced. Off-Grid Living As the villa operates off grid, despite we do automatically rely on the net in case of overuse of power, occasional variations in water pressure or electricity supply may occur. These are part of the sustainable design of the property. Respect for the Reserve Please follow local guidelines, stay on marked paths, and avoid disturbing wildlife or plants.
