Only 603 steps away from the beach(we counted :) this is the perfect location to enjoy both the ocean and the bay. Great walking distance to many restaurants, mini-golf, bars & much more. Explore the best of both words on the Fenwick/OC border at our cozy 143rd street condo! This is a second-story unit with 14 stairs leading up to the front door. Our home is small and cozy! Four guests at a time are optimal but can accommodate up to 6 people if you're up for a squeeze! There is a gravel parking lot out front of the building. Space "F" is reserved for your use and the spaces across from it are first come first served. There is plenty of free street parking as well. Alyssa won't be available in person but can be reached through Airbnb. Our local host Kendra, is nearby for any issues that may arise during your stay. Beach is a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive with free parking available. Loads of restaurants, takeouts, & bars. Supermarket ten minute drive away. Neighborhood tiki bar one minute walk from the house adjacent to a boat/paddleboard rental/marina . . .lots of quiet streets to enjoy a walk or bike ride. Mini-golf, Water park, and other entertainments close by. Historical Transpeninsular Lighthouse only one block away. Assateague & Chincoteague 45 min drive away. 18 hole golf course 20 min drive. Awesome area to have a quiet get-a-way or exciting action-packed adventure holiday. Taxis, Uber/Lyft, and Busses are all available in Ocean City Dogs are allowed at $75 per dog/per stay! Absolutely no cats! No events, no parties, no smoking!
