Copies of all guests' passports will be required on confirmation. Should a booking form not be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Security deposit: The security deposit will be payable 30 days before arrival. An invoice will be sent to the tenant directly for the settlement. This deposit will be refunded into Tenant’s bank account within 20 (twenty) working days of the departure date specified within the agreement. Concierge deposit: Applicable to all extra services booked, i.e. transfers, chef, butler, and activities. The concierge deposit will be dependent on the services requested. Checkin instructions: Check-in will be between 14:00 and 18:00, should a late check-in be required, it will be on a request basis. A host will meet you at the property and hand over the keys.
