Welcome home, welcome to Düsseldorf! The apartment is located in the heart of Düsseldorf and is just a few minutes' walk from the most popular tourist attractions. The neighborhood boasts numerous shopping options, cafes, and restaurants that cater to every taste. If you enjoy walking, you can take a stroll along the Rhine and admire the impressive architecture. The space In our spacious 4-bedroom apartment, which accommodates up to 10 people, you will find the first bedroom that sleeps 3, followed by two more bedrooms, each designed for 3 people. The fourth bedroom is designed for 2 people. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds and bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our apartment features two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, to accommodate all guests comfortably. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer a variety of amenities. Start your day with complimentary coffee and tea, and enjoy free Netflix on our large smart TV in the evening. Wi-Fi is available free of charge on all your devices, so you can stay connected with ease. Fresh bedding and towels are also provided to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, including a refrigerator, two burners, and a microwave. A table with four chairs and a large smart TV make the kitchen area a cozy place to enjoy your meals or just relax. The apartment also features a large terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and relax. Guest access You have access to your apartment, as well as the hallway and basement for waste disposal. We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. The hallway leads directly to your apartment and also provides access to the basement. Please note that this area is shared and should be kept clean. Other things to note Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and is not possible before then. You will have access to the building at the official check-in time, and your access code will be activated at 4 pm. The check-out time is at 11:00 am. The cheapest parking possibility in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300-400m) is located at Oststraße 10, 40210 Düsseldorf (Contipark underground car park Werhahn-Center) - 10€ per day Opening hours: Mon-Sat (07:00 - 21:00), An exit is also possible at night and on Sundays via the night desk. U-Bahn/Tram Stops: Jacobistraße ( 20m) , Pempelforter Str. (100m). Bed linen & towels are included and at your disposal in the apartment. Unfortunately we don't have a reception and we don't have the possibility to store the luggage. We recommend to use the luggage storage at Düsseldorf main station ( address: Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 14, 40210 Düsseldorf). We are currently unable to offer our guests arrival before 16:00 and departure after 11:00. We kindly ask all guests to respect and adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
