The sweet years

Located in a very quiet hamlet on the banks of the Sèvre, our large family home is perfect for pressing pause and relaxing. Its proximity to Clisson and Nantes is an undeniable bonus. The space It is a large house of 190 m2 with a double living room, part of which is used as a playroom for children, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms upstairs (parental bedroom, children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a child's bed, guest bedroom with sofa bed), an office with sofa bed and ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom and two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs). Our 1200 m2 garden has a secure trampoline for children, a large above-ground swimming pool and a greenhouse in which our vegetables grow in addition to the outdoor vegetable garden.
