Cosy studio with a bunk bed in the entrance, with a separated toilet and a bathroom. A main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. 2 terraces. One eqipped with outdoor tables and chairs . Sun chairs available as well. Optical fiber for working. The space A few minutes walking from the beach, you will enjoy our cosy apartment. A bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed make it a good place for beach holiday in La Franqui, with friends or family. An equipped kitchen and 2 terraces are also available. Guest access Free car park accesible with a remote 2 terraces A room for bikes (need lockers anyway) Other things to note Linen and towels included. Duvets available. Possibility to bring your sheets and towels (I will reimburse you 30€). 2x80cm folding bed and 90cm bunk beds. There are 4 duvets blankets for one person. Cleaning is charged but if the apartment is returned beyond the limit of what is reasonable, other fees will be required I thank you for throwing away your bathroom and kitchen trash when you leave please.
