A large open plan studio( approx 24ft x 14ft) platform bed ( 5ft high) and adjacent large shower room/toilet.. next door. Detached and with private seating area/garden. Set in pretty valley with-no light pollution. Between beaches of North and South Pembrokeshire near Llys-y-Fran park (check out activities) Relax and enjoy. Comfy clamping. The space The stone house is an open plan studio where the children slept before they flew the nest. Suitable for couples or single guests. Shabby chic and full of character with an eclectic mix of upcycled and recycled. Only rented out for a few months in the summer. The kitchen area is basic and has a small gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge, and belfast sink, cold water tap. Lounge area has two sofas, wood burning stove, tv, radio, DVDs and player, games and (URL HIDDEN) with electric storage heater and wood burning stove if needed. First basket of logs supplied. Then £5 small sack. The platform bed (approx 5ft high ) is accessed via sturdy steps limited headroom. Adjacent large bathroom with electricshower wc (outside in building next door with green door in pictures for sole use). Games room with dart board football table game, badminton net/rackets. Bedding provided please bring towels. Building separate from main house. Private parking also space to store bicycles/surfboards. A rural area, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas, no WiFi but guests can pick up 4G really well. Pets on request small charge (one small dog). Private outside seating areas with table and chairs. If you want to experience somewhere different, cosy and fun this is the place for you …. Guest access You have access to seating area outside the front of stone house also patio area with table and chairs. Lots of private space. Games area with football table and dart board.. Other things to note First basket of logs supplied if more needed you can buy from local garage or I supply £5 string bag. Also you can bring your own wood or collect from the beach. Shower/toilet is just next door in the building with the green door in picture for your sole use.( accessed by going outside). This is also a games room with a dartboard, badminton rackets, football table also cushions in trunk for outside seats if needed. Platform bed so limited headroom. Bedding supplied please bring towels. Towels can be provided if needed small charge. £3 per towel. Stone house is self contained you will find tea, instant coffee ,condiments, oils, herbs provided. Pet accepted on request, £20 weekly £ 15 few days. Fire pit outside if you want an outside fire.
