Small independent house in our garden

In the center of the village of Ohain***, this small NON-SMOKING house accommodates 2 adults (+ a child thanks to the sofa bed) in comfort: satellite TV, Netflix, WiFi, air conditioning, washer-dryer, private garden with forest table, parking... Shops and restaurants accessible in a few minutes. A bus stop right next door allows you to reach Waterloo or Louvain-la-Neuve in less than 30 minutes. One downside: the street is quite busy, but the house is well insulated from the inside. The space A small guide lists all the sports and cultural activities accessible within half an hour: museum, golf, amusement park, large site... The house is located 2 steps from the beautiful communal square, the starting point of many walks through fields even going as far as the Lion of Waterloo. A bus stop is 10 m away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, with the exception of a room reserved for my workshop, which I of course do not use when my guests occupy the premises. Other things to note The house is suitable and available for long stays (one month or more) with a large price reduction. But in this case, the services offered for short stays (coffee, tea, food base, cleaning, bed linen, linen, cleaning...) are not offered. For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets, even small ones, are not allowed.
