This Dubrovnik Riviera villa offers accommodation in 3 separate apartments that were, together with the unique pool area, carefully thought out to entirely satisfy our guests' needs. Feel welcome and spend your next holidays in Orašac, Dubrovnik! The space The authentic layout of the villa and its pool area were designed to provide maximum comfort during our guests' visit. The sunny shades of teak wood and the lively kitchen offer retro and colonial feeling in the living and dining area. The bedrooms both have access to a spacious balcony overlooking the Elafiti Islands just cross Orašac. They also both have their own private bathrooms. There is an additional toilet accessed from the hallway. Guest access The guests are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen, the complete pool area (shared with guests from the other two apartments) as well as the lawn beneath the pool where they can sit and enjoy the open view of the village and the sea. There is a newly built children's playground here as well. Other things to note The pool heating system keeps water temperature at 26'C automatically. Smaller part of the pool uses the same water and has massage system, automatically set to 10 minutes.
