Indian House

The space Find a magazine-worthy backdrop for a sun-soaked family holiday or Ibiza getaway with friends at Casa India. With incredible outdoor living areas overlooking the countryside, beautifully redesigned interiors and six bedrooms, this contemporary vacation rental is suitable for yoga retreats, business meetings or private gatherings to mark a special occasion. Savor the breathtaking views or watch the stars come out from the villa’s several terraces, which feature a larger pool and plunge pool, rows of sunbeds and built-in sofas, sitting and dining areas and even a trompe-l’oeil tile mural. A separate yoga platform and stunning glass-roofed outdoor kitchen offer endless opportunities for stretching out or socializing. The villa is just as well appointed inside, with an exercise room, study, wine fridge and Wi-Fi. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors connect the terraces to the sleek living spaces, giving you the option to leave them open and create one seamless indoor-outdoor living area. Polished concrete floors and white walls create a gallery-like setting for sculptural furnishings like cane-backed dining chairs and an Eames lounger in the open-plan great room, which encompasses sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms in the main house of this luxury property and three on a lower level that offers an external entrance; all six have en-suite bathrooms. In the main house, there are two bedrooms with king beds and one with a double bed. All three of the lower-level bedrooms have double beds. Located just outside the beach town of Santa Eularia des Riu, Casa India is just 5 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes from Ibiza Town. Spend your days swimming in quiet coves or taking honeymoon-style strolls along the beach, and at night, enjoy the island’s famous restaurants, bars and clubs. Copyright © Luxury Retreats.
