We have been welcoming guests to our private and secluded properties for the last 4 years. Garden View has an open plan luxury feel. With a large open plan living room, leading to dining and Kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with American style large fridge, microwave, washing machine, and dish washer. There is a small hall way with doors leading to the master bedroom, with queen sized bed, and en-suite, with shower. It also has doors that open out onto the patio area, that looks over the horse and alpaca fields. The hall way then has doors leading to two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a family bathroom, with bath and stand in shower. You will also have access to the 230 acres farm, where you can explore on the footpaths and walk along the river. Guest access Private access to the property and garden. Note there are other holiday let’s at the Farm, so we ask for respectful noise levels by all guests. You also have access to the 230 acre farm, including river walks and fields to play family games in. Don't forget the animals to visit and fresh eggs to collect. Other things to note *Dogs may be permitted if requested on booking. An additional cost will be added Please note, strict no outside noise after 10pm to repect neighbouring properties.
