Cozy room and gallery for home office

Do you love beautiful nature for jogging and relaxing? And you can also get to town quickly? Then it's perfect for you here. My apartment is located in a pretty village with an old church, where even Madonna has visited. All around we have fields, hills, forests with views of the mountains. We are right at the bus stop. Zurich is 25 minutes by bus and train. I live in my apartment and it has another room for one guest. So you can find exciting conversation partners if necessary. The space My duplex apartment with marble floor and wooden roof is without elevator on the 3rd floor. But we have a nice view with sunset from the balcony. It leads up a narrow staircase to your own floor. There is a bedroom, 12 m², as well as a gallery with wooden parquet and a nice work area and sofa bed in the cozy attic. Your small, private bathroom and the shared shower are on the lower floor. It is well insulated and not too hot even in summer. And otherwise it has fans. Guest access The living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and the sunny balcony can also be used. During your stay If I am at home, I will be happy to take time for a conversation if you wish. Sometimes I also have hobbies in the evening, then I am available via mobile. Or I'm in my other guesthouse in the countryside for a few days. Other things to note There is an Aldi, Lidl, restaurant and breakfast kiosk a five- or 10-minute walk from me. Sometimes I'm away for a few days. Then you will have the whole apartment to yourself or share it with another guest.
