Court Farmhouse: Traditional, stylish, spacious period farmhouse, over 300 years old, with 6 Bedrooms sleeping up to 12 + cots. Own private enclosed garden. Located at Court Farm Holidays, Marhamchurch. Dogs welcome (£20/dog). Additional Facilities include Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Outdoor Play Area and Animal Field, with pigs, goats and ponies to visit and feed, and morning eggs to be collected from our Hens. The space Charming, stylish and full of character, Court Farmhouse is a 300-year-old farmhouse and the perfect country retreat for large groups. Sensitively renovated, Court Farmhouse has retained many of its original features while offering you all the modern conveniences you could need to relax and enjoy your stay. Spacious and comfortable, the accommodation features six bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people. Situated at the heart of the Court Farm complex, and at the heart of the village, the farmhouse has its own private garden with patio area and from the first floor enjoys spectacular views over the village to the coast, only a few miles away – the perfect place to gather all your nearest and dearest together under one roof for a magical holiday. Ground Floor; Entrance porch with room for coats, wellies and buggies, internal door with step down to small hallway leading off to the spacious lounge with wood-burner and deep set sofas and dining room with large dining table to seat also featuring a wood-burner. 2 steps lead down to the fully equipped kitchen with double range and larder fridge-freezer specifically with large groups in mind. First Floor, the entrance staircase leads up to a long landing, leading to the Bedrooms & Family Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: Large Superking Bedroom featuring exposed beams and vaulted ceiling with Zip & Link Beds that can be made up as a Twin Bedroom by prior request - with ensuite shower/wc Bedroom 2: Large Superking Bedroom with Zip & Link Beds that can be made up as a Twin Bedroom by prior request with ensuite shower/wc Bedroom 3: King Sized Bed with ensuite shower / wc Bedroom 4: Twin Bedroom Family Bathroom 1 is located opposite Bedroom 4 with bath and over-bath shower Bedroom 5: Superking Bedroom with Zip & Link Beds that can be made up as a Twin Bedroom by prior request with ensuite shower/wc Bedroom 6: Large master bedroom with Vaulted ceiling, wall mounted TV with zip and link beds that can be converted to Twin beds by prior request. Family Bathroom 2 is located next door to Bedroom 6 that can either be kept as a private bathroom or shared with other guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the house and all of our facilities on site. Other things to note Dogs Welcome - There is a dog fee of £20/dog which must be settled in cash upon arrival. 2 of the twin bedrooms can be converted into Superking beds - must be requested at time of booking, prior to arrival.
